Flat Roofs

Bold, Versatile, Efficient.

Absorbing less heat than sloped roofs, flat roofs can help reduce energy bills. They can also be insulated to make them even more energy efficient. Safer and more accessible than sloped roofs, they are easier to maintain and inspect.

Flat roofs offer a bold, modern look with their minimalistic aesthetic. Due to their even surface, they can be used for various purposes, such as rooftop gardens and decks and solar paneling.

We offer 4 different types of flat roofs:
1. An SBS flat roof is made from a material that combines asphalt with synthetic rubber. It is a long-lasting, durable roof, flexible enough to move with the building, and can easily withstand the harsh Florida climate.

2. A TPO flat roof is a single-ply white membrane used in commercial and residential roofing. Its white surface reflects heat and UV rays, helping to reduce energy costs and keeping the rooms below cooler. Welded seams provide superior strength and watertightness compared to other flat roofs.

3. Made from a synthetic rubber membrane, EPDM flat roofs can last more than 50 years with the proper maintenance popular for commercial and industrial properties. They are 100% waterproof and resistant to wind, hail, extreme temperatures, and UV radiation.

4. A PVC flat roof is made from a single-ply synthetic resin membrane that is resistant to weathering and UV radiation. Their white or light color reflects UV rays and improves energy efficiency. They are known for their longevity and require little maintenance.
